Temp-to-hire openings around Austin after 13 years as a social media manager

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 13 weeks. I worked as a social media manager before this. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.
