Small employers hiring around Wichita (Wichita)

I asked around at a community meeting and got three leads. I am in Wichita, in case local advice matters. They like a brief email with a résumé. What do you write in a cold email?

Small employers often hire on recommendation. Ask neighbours, former co-workers and your library.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
