Small employers hiring around Tucson - first time posting

Two small Tucson employers told me they are hiring but have not posted yet. I do not usually post, so bear with me. They prefer people who can start within a couple of weeks. Does anyone have similar leads?

Small employers often hire on recommendation. Ask neighbours, former co-workers and your library.
