Small employers hiring around Spokane - first time posting

I asked around at a community meeting and got three leads. I do not usually post, so bear with me. They prefer people who can start within a couple of weeks. What do you write in a cold email?

Visiting in person worked for a trades job. For office jobs, email was better.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 13 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
