Small employers hiring around Seattle

Two small Seattle employers told me they are hiring but have not posted yet. I do not usually post, so bear with me. They prefer people who can start within a couple of weeks. What do you write in a cold email?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
