Small employers hiring around San Diego - 16 weeks in

A friend who works at a local manufacturer says there are openings not advertised online. They prefer people who can start within a couple of weeks.

A short email with two sentences about what you can do and your résumé attached worked for me. I followed up after a week.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 3 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
