Small employers hiring around Portland (update)

I asked around at a community meeting and got three leads. I am in Portland, in case local advice matters. They prefer people who can start within a couple of weeks. Does anyone have similar leads?

Visiting in person worked for a trades job. For office jobs, email was better.
