Small employers hiring around Oklahoma City after 13 years as an insurance claims processor

Two small Oklahoma City employers told me they are hiring but have not posted yet. I am in Oklahoma City, in case local advice matters. They prefer people who can start within a couple of weeks. Does anyone have similar leads?

Visiting in person worked for a trades job. For office jobs, email was better.
