Small employers hiring around Memphis - 26 weeks in

Two small Memphis employers told me they are hiring but have not posted yet. There are 6 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. They prefer people who can start within a couple of weeks.

Small employers often hire on recommendation. Ask neighbours, former co-workers and your library.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
