Small employers hiring around Kansas City - first time posting

Mei Moreno · 2026-05-28T21:27:45.872Z

Two small Kansas City employers told me they are hiring but have not posted yet. They prefer people who can start within a couple of weeks. What do you write in a cold email?

Keep a list of who you contacted and when. It makes follow-ups easy.
