Small employers hiring around Kansas City, call-centre agent here

Two small Kansas City employers told me they are hiring but have not posted yet. I worked as a call-centre agent before this. They like a brief email with a résumé. Does anyone have similar leads?

Small employers often hire on recommendation. Ask neighbours, former co-workers and your library.
