Small employers hiring around Honolulu - first time posting

I asked around at a community meeting and got three leads. I am in Honolulu, in case local advice matters. One is a print shop, one is an accounting firm and one is a clinic. Should I visit in person?

Small employers often hire on recommendation. Ask neighbours, former co-workers and your library.

Visiting in person worked for a trades job. For office jobs, email was better.
