Small employers hiring around Fresno - 20 weeks in

Two small Fresno employers told me they are hiring but have not posted yet. I worked as a barista before this. They like a brief email with a résumé. Does anyone have similar leads?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
