Small employers hiring around Detroit - 12 months and counting

Two small Detroit employers told me they are hiring but have not posted yet. They prefer people who can start within a couple of weeks. Does anyone have similar leads?

Keep a list of who you contacted and when. It makes follow-ups easy.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
