Small employers hiring around Denver - 18 weeks in

Two small Denver employers told me they are hiring but have not posted yet. I am in Denver, in case local advice matters. They prefer people who can start within a couple of weeks. Does anyone have similar leads?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

Visiting in person worked for a trades job. For office jobs, email was better.
