Small employers hiring around Columbus, bank teller here

Two small Columbus employers told me they are hiring but have not posted yet. They like a brief email with a résumé. What do you write in a cold email?

Keep a list of who you contacted and when. It makes follow-ups easy.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 3 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
