Small employers hiring around Boise - 13 weeks in

Two small Boise employers told me they are hiring but have not posted yet. I am in Boise, in case local advice matters. They prefer people who can start within a couple of weeks. Should I visit in person?

Keep a list of who you contacted and when. It makes follow-ups easy.
