Small employers hiring around Birmingham after 11 years as a web developer

Two small Birmingham employers told me they are hiring but have not posted yet. Thank you in advance. They prefer people who can start within a couple of weeks. Does anyone have similar leads?

A short email with two sentences about what you can do and your résumé attached worked for me. I followed up after a week.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 4 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
