Second-chance employers near Wichita, marketing coordinator here

A few employers in Wichita say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. There are 16 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Has anyone worked at these places?
