Second-chance employers near Tucson after 7 years as a data-entry clerk

A few employers in Tucson say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The HR contact was kind and direct. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Be honest, brief and forward-looking when you talk about it. They care more about what you did since.
