Second-chance employers near Toledo - what worked for you?

A few employers in Toledo say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I do not usually post, so bear with me. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 13 months. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
