Second-chance employers near Toledo, graphic designer here

A few employers in Toledo say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I am in Toledo, in case local advice matters. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Any other leads?

Thanks for sharing the list. I will try two of them this week.
