Second-chance employers near Toledo - any advice?

A few employers in Toledo say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I do not usually post, so bear with me. The HR contact was kind and direct. Has anyone worked at these places?

Ask the workforce centre about bonding programmes. They sometimes help employers feel comfortable.
