Second-chance employers near Toledo after 4 years as a marketing coordinator

A few employers in Toledo say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. There are 4 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Any other leads?
