Second-chance employers near St. Louis (update)

I got a lead on a company that does not ask about convictions on the first application. I have been trying to stay organised about it. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 6 months. Any other leads?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
