Second-chance employers near St. Louis after 4 years as a store manager

A few employers in St. Louis say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. Any experience at all would help. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 4 months. Did they ask about it in the interview?
