Second-chance employers near St. Louis - 10 months and counting

I found a second-chance hiring list from a workforce board. I have been trying to stay organised about it. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Any other leads?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
