I found a second-chance hiring list from a workforce board. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 16 months. Has anyone worked at these places?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
