Second-chance employers near San Diego (San Diego)

A few employers in San Diego say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. There are 15 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 15 months. Has anyone worked at these places?
