Second-chance employers near San Diego - any advice?

A few employers in San Diego say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I do not usually post, so bear with me. The HR contact was kind and direct. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Thanks for sharing the list. I will try two of them this week.
