Second-chance employers near Sacramento - first time posting

A few employers in Sacramento say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 14 months. Any other leads?
