Second-chance employers near Sacramento, bank teller here

A few employers in Sacramento say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. It has been weighing on me all week. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Has anyone worked at these places?

Check your record before you apply so nothing surprises you. A free legal clinic helped me look.
