Second-chance employers near Sacramento - 3 months and counting

I got a lead on a company that does not ask about convictions on the first application. I am in Sacramento, in case local advice matters. The HR contact was kind and direct. Has anyone worked at these places?

Thanks for sharing the list. I will try two of them this week.
