Second-chance employers near Richmond (update)

I got a lead on a company that does not ask about convictions on the first application. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Any other leads?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 10 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
