Second-chance employers near Richmond - first time posting

A few employers in Richmond say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 11 months. Any other leads?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
