Second-chance employers near Raleigh - 14 months and counting

I got a lead on a company that does not ask about convictions on the first application. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 13 months. Has anyone worked at these places?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
