Second-chance employers near Providence - what worked for you?

A few employers in Providence say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Has anyone worked at these places?

Ask the workforce centre about bonding programmes. They sometimes help employers feel comfortable.
