Second-chance employers near Portland - 22 weeks in

A few employers in Portland say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. There are 5 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case.

Ask the workforce centre about bonding programmes. They sometimes help employers feel comfortable.
