Second-chance employers near Pittsburgh - what worked for you?

I got a lead on a company that does not ask about convictions on the first application. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The HR contact was kind and direct. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
