Second-chance employers near Pittsburgh - what worked for you?

A few employers in Pittsburgh say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The HR contact was kind and direct. Has anyone worked at these places?

Ask the workforce centre about bonding programmes. They sometimes help employers feel comfortable.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
