A few employers in Pittsburgh say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The HR contact was kind and direct. Any other leads?

Ask the workforce centre about bonding programmes. They sometimes help employers feel comfortable.
