Second-chance employers near Phoenix, electrician's helper here

I found a second-chance hiring list from a workforce board. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. The HR contact was kind and direct. Any other leads?

Be honest, brief and forward-looking when you talk about it. They care more about what you did since.
