Second-chance employers near Phoenix after 6 years as a medical assistant

A few employers in Phoenix say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I do not usually post, so bear with me. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 6 months. Has anyone worked at these places?
