Second-chance employers near Omaha, copywriter here

A few employers in Omaha say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. This is my first time dealing with any of this. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Has anyone worked at these places?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 11 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
