Second-chance employers near Omaha - 9 months and counting

A few employers in Omaha say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. It has been a long 18 weeks. The HR contact was kind and direct. Any other leads?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
