Second-chance employers near Omaha

I got a lead on a company that does not ask about convictions on the first application. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 16 months. Any other leads?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
