Second-chance employers near Oklahoma City, welding apprentice here

A few employers in Oklahoma City say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Any other leads?

Be honest, brief and forward-looking when you talk about it. They care more about what you did since.
