Second-chance employers near Oklahoma City - any advice?

I got a lead on a company that does not ask about convictions on the first application. I am in Oklahoma City, in case local advice matters. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 6 months. Any other leads?

Ask the workforce centre about bonding programmes. They sometimes help employers feel comfortable.
