Second-chance employers near Milwaukee (Milwaukee)

A few employers in Milwaukee say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 12 months. Has anyone worked at these places?
