Second-chance employers near Memphis (update)

A few employers in Memphis say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The HR contact was kind and direct. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
